Phat ~ if you get banned Vaya con Dios, friend. Whilst I agree with the mods getting the temp ban ability I'm not entirely certain that your chosen method was the most expedient. Yeah, it worked fast but was there really no other way? Had any or all of the mods asked Goob directly prior to this about getting ban powers? Had any or all of the forum in general asked either? I'm not bagging on ya, brother....just trying to work this out in my head and typing it while I think it, I suppose...

It's over and done (for the now...?) and we can all agree that it was probably the single defining immature decision thus far in Phat's life. It was ignorant and gross. It wasn't at all what anyone wanted to encounter upon opening any of the threads that contained it. But at the end of the day something positive (we hope) came of it. Only time will tell whether it was a good idea or bad to press the issue at this particular juncture (meaning how the current mod team will use their newfound powers....for good or for evil?)
The component so many of you seem to be missing is the human component. You know - the bane of God in Heaven's eternal decision-making reputation ~ having given man free will? As a result, mistakes get made. Phat (and whoever else) made one as well.

Okay - correct me if I am wrong...but having a look at the subject of this bit of communication do I not see the one coming from Phat being called "RE: I want in!" ?? Or do my eyes play tricks at this late hour? Somehow I'm thinking not...
What this is indicative of to me is that Tony became aware of the plan somehow and sent a PM to Phat saying "I want in!"
Well, if you sent something saying I WANT IN why would I, or anyone else, think that you didn't participate and then rat Phat out to keep the focus off of your own personal contributions to "The Cause" ??
