Anybody know how good Legacy amps are? my friend bought a 2000w amp and when we hooked it all up it didnt sound like 2000w..is legacy like an offbrand type of brand?

Yep Legacy is complete garbage. Amps like that are rated at max power instead of rms. You'd be lucky to get 750w from that amp.
