Sure, why not. It's in Ant's best interest to make buddies with you because of the disdain you've noted in many of your posts, so it makes sense. Ant knows where to find me, but doesn't try to contact me even when I call him out as a fVcking *** in this forum, or his own.
Not being "nice?" Anger? What? I told you, I don't get it and don't understand your motivation. If he personally did something to you, then I understand, but you're not drawing from the source of the information, only what you see written.
I'm not angry, man. I'm just kind of weirded out by how much you've put into this. It's the internets man, their ain't no justice, no truth, no fairness. Now Im buddies with Ant? You have no idea what was said in the PM conversation. For your information, I was fairly blunt with him, and urged him to reconsider discussing the topics publicly on this forum. If he admits his mistakes, and apologizes, what's the problem? I do not know the finer details of the business issues between him and SDS, if those two want to discuss them here, or via PM, or however they want, that is up to them. Im not addressing those business issues, its none of my, well, business.
Speaking of business, what's YOUR motivation here? I stated mine already, whether you accept it or not, to understand truths behind the issues. The same motivation many people here have. Ive simply been put in, and taken, a more active role than many of them. Why does this make you feel so threatened as to start flaming me (you go girl)? You are acting childish and aggressive to someone whom you recently, in this very thread, had praised. Now that you see my tone as more neutral, you attack me on a personal level. So again I ask, what is YOUR motivation in all this? IIRC, you mentioned having a monetary interest in this earlier in the thread (correct me if Im wrong, Im too tired to go back and look), so if you are going to start questioning my motives, I believe its only fair to ask the same of you. What dog do you have in this fight that makes you so angry as to act immature to people who even appear neutral? And for the record, I made it quite clear to Ant in the PM convo that I did not condone his actions, and if I am biased, it is in Don's favor. Any more than that regarding our discussion, frannkly, you dont deserve to know.
You mention my motivation and action being 'odd'. What I find odd is you didnt question my motivation one iota when you saw me as your mouth piece of anger, why is that? Blatant anger on your part, something that simply wont resolve this issue for Ant OR Don.
You can continue to play your rhetoric game, which I definitely recognize, and no doubt others do as well, or you can own up to what drives you to be so angry here. The choice is yours. Get over your 'weirded' out phase, some people just like to give people a chance to reconcile their mistakes. If you dont understand that, you are simply blinded by your hatred.
For the record, I stand firmly behind Don and SDS, as I have nothing but respect for the man. But I also feel Ant should be allowed to rebuild the trust he has lost in many of us, if he proceeds in an honest and ethical manner. My feeling in that regard has nothing to do with Don, I hope him and SDS all the best. If that's not good enough for you, that is your problem.
