how can i hook these up using the wire from the neons or do i have to get new wire and run it form the battery again

there should be a pretty long thread in here about LEDs. There's plenty of calcs online and different ways to wire them up. the HYPER leds are pre-wired for 12v. If not, you can check bcae1.com for some starting tips.
