Only pessimistic about things when I see the same people breaking the same rules over and over and a failure to contribute any sort of help. A child being punished is nothing compared to an adult on a car audio website with rules written out and agree'd to before your account is even created. A child doesnt know right from wrong. A grown ass man does. He failed to follow the rules, got a slap on the wrist, got butt hurt and left. Are you ALWAYS so pessimistic about people, or do you just hate the ones who speak out against the absurdities that the mods here pull? Doesn't really matter which one, just would like to point out that they are both terrible qualities to possess while attempting to fairly moderate anything.
To be fair, again, I did mention in the thread in question that there would be repercussions for their actions; however, in no way is punishment a week later considered even reasonable.. Would you punish a child for breaking a tv a week after the fact???? At that point the mods need to step up and admit they are not doing their job, clean up the mess, and demand it not happen again... it just blows my mind how ya'll go about handling situations because there are always 1,000 ways it could have been dealt with better.
And as far as West being an asset, you can not truly be that naive. Every person on this forum is an asset whether its someone like KHA with his vase knowledge, or someone like west with his mild knowledge, or someone like me whose simply a buyer/aggressive agitator. Its incomprehensible for you to say anyone here is not an asset being as these people are the reasoning in which you are even a moderator here. I realize this falls on deaf ears but WTF.. its like a bunch of monkey in that moderator room trying to make decisions.
We as in mods try to let things take their course and let some things slide. We dont want to over moderate or under moderate. But since you bring it up that we arent consistent Ill be more consistent. Shortly here after we will see threads pop up about the mods being to strict as everyone gets treated equally after all.
