Least amount of power for 15 cvr

how much do you think could be the minimum amount of power for my 15 cvr. I was thinking 400 as a minimum but there are some orion 300d's on ebay do these things put out more less or right or right on rated power. Do you think it would still pound with only 300 watts

no such thing as minimum power for a sub(underpowering a sub does not hurt it) but i wouldn't give them any less that 500wrms, and they can take more.

im giving it like 800 right now but my friends buying it and he needs a cheap amp(under 100)

as long as its 300 or more it should be cool.. i had a tiny amp on mine for a while (200 rms) and it was weak, and lacked the punchiness that it had with more power.
