hes gettin ready to put 2 jackhammers in his ride and make it pimp
lol. Even if I was planning a jackhammer install, I don't think it's ample room for even just 1 of those mofos.
Anyway, I'm a day late on revealing the details due to limited access to a computer with internet access, so here goes.
I was at work and my car was parked out front on the side of the main road right behind a Matson trailer that was parked (There are countless other trailers parked on the side of this main road also, hogging most of the parking for everyone else in the Industrial Park area I work at).
A service call came into our company that needed to have a DVR repaired, so I took a loaner unit from our warehouse and brought it outside. I told a co-worker of mine to hold it while I got my car.
So as he's holding the DVR, I go to my car and start it. The truck in front of me is parked so **** close to mine that I had no choice but to reverse. So I start reversing. A few seconds later "CRACK!" My whole rear windshield shatters. My jaw drops, I put the car back in drive, rolled forward a little, and stopped the car. I didn't adjust my rear-view mirror before the incident, so once I did I realized just how close the edge of the trailer was behind me. But it was already too late //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif
I backed the car up too much, thinking I was still far from the edge of the trailer.
Stupid of me, eh? My co-worker who was holding the DVR came and proceeded to tease me. Moments later, he gave our boss a call and told him everything. Then I had the rest of the day off.
Cyrus: "Well dude...... at least it's not a new car."
Me:*sigh*
He took a picture on his phone of it w/ me smiling and pointing to my rear windshield. I'll see if I can get him to send it tomorrow.
So there you go.
I reversed the car into a parked semi-truck trailer. Yay me! I shall use this $5 to buy lunch tomorrow.
