It's late enough and i have a question(s) to ask...Peepin' around Fleabay and came across this

New MA Audio MA181XQ 1100W 18" DVC 4 Ohm Car Subwoofer | eBay

I know it's not an RE,FI,DD,SA...But for the price and me not having to change out my amp it would be cool

Would this get an azz ton louder than my type R if i built the proper box for it? I would assume so since it has more cone area but then again there are other factors that play in this...Opinions? I know MA was pretty decent back then but i don't know how they are now.
