I'm heavily considering this amp for my next setup. I love the price they're going for. I just want to get some information on it from people who've used the amp as far as price vs. performance goes. Right now it's between the DD z2 and the Lanzar. Would the DD be worth saving up for an extra few months over the Lanzar? Also, I've heard the z2 has amazing efficiency compared to other amps of the same power... I'm working with a smaller sized alternator, so I need something to be able to survive off of that for daily as well as the lanes.

Thanks in advance

The way the guy from DD explained it was that the lv would be best for playing/burping with the car off. He recommended the hv for a daily application.

Dual alts would be sick, but it's going into a honda civic coupe and the only way would be to remove the a/c along with lots more welding than i'd be able to do myself. Plus, living in florida with no a/c is a no no.

1999 honda civic ex coupe. Right now is still a toss up between a full wall or a trunk monster. I figure it'll make my options alot easier if i pick out my amp first this time lol

My old opti4000d where strong *** amps and was very impressed for the price. And from what I've heard the 6000 is good to. Only problem with Z2 is that it's not the most efficient amp on the planet and if you plan on running at 12v electrical I think the 6000 would do better. But both good amps.
