there was a benchtest someone posted, but it expired on putfile

i think it did somewhere around 1950w rms @ .5 ohms

they're good amps, i used to own one

it really does almost 1700 rms at 1 ohm and very close to 2000wrms at .5

very consistant, almost mechanical sounding power

it just 'sounds' like it's kicking the shit out of your subs

i still compare everything i've owned since the opti to it, and after 5 years of equipment changes, i'm going back to an opti as soon as i get my install done

they are VERY efficient as well. I had my opti on 2 type r's at 1 ohm and my lights BARELY dimmed on a stock battery and a stock 80 amp alternator. the dimm was so minor it was barely noticeable,i couldnt beleive it

It's no big deal,I thought i would give everyone on here a chance to get it but, it is on ebay for the same price.I used this then also tryed a 2500d orion and they had about the same power but, the lazar did have a different sound.Best amp for the money!thanks for the info for the guys.I would love a 4000d maybe get one sometime soon?
