Item(s) for Sale:

Lanzar LXR50

Item(s) Description/Condition:

Amp is in great shape for its age. 10/10 functionally 9/10 physically. No crossovers or anything special on this little beauty. Just clean oldschool made in the usa power. Unsure of the exact power rating but my guess is 25 x 2 at 4 ohms and I assume its under rated. Amp is bridgeable as well. Original speaker wire plug for the amp is gone so replacement wires have been hardwired into the amp. It isn't pictured but the wiring diagram is on the back of the amp. Good little amp with a small footprint. Would be great on some tweets or coaxials.

I don't think I do and this amp is a huge pain in the *** to take apart otherwise I would get them for you. Let me see if I can find them for you online. I can tell you though that it is as basic as it gets and is very cleanly laid out. One pair of complimentary output transistors per channel(big ones. I think they are TIP35C and TIP36C) , one pair of rectifiers, and 2 or 4 power supply fets. Just simple and clean.

Translation of the measured power output from this amp from the german website:

1 × 49 watts channel 1 at 4 ohms

2 × 44 watt channel 1 + 2 at 4 ohms

Current 10.9 A

Efficiency of 60.1%

123 watts x 1 channel 1 + 2 bridged at 4 ohms

Current 17.8 A

Efficiency of 51.3%

123 watts total output

See what happens when I don't browse for a few days, I miss out. D@mnit!!! My first ever amp was the LXR200. I abused the hell out of it, but it took it all. Would liked to of had this one.
