Oh noes! The gas tank and paint job!

Scratched up left turn signal.

The rubber bushing on that is torn on the inside.

I've owned this bike for ONE ****ING DAY. My second time out riding and I laid it down. Luckily the helmet, jacket, and gloves did their job.

Pics fixed. Photo editor messed with caps.

My mistake was simple. I took a turn from a paved road to a paved road with a load of gravel between them. I didn't plan ahead, hit the gravel and the made an even bigger mistake by trying to slow down on gravel with the FRONT BRAKE. It slid out from under me.

I'm all right. My left thigh took the brunt of the fall, so it's hard to walk right now. That's the worst of it. No broken bones and a little road rash. In fact the bike is still completely roadworth and fires right up and runs. I will ride it again later. First I'm going through the DMV's motorcycle riding booklet.
