1-2 times probably would have been sufficient but 10 times is a little excessive. wheelchair or not any crazy person swinging weapons and rambling on an on will probably be tazed. I'd rather get tazed than shot at. then again I wouldn't be dumb enuff to get to that point where I have to be tazed. tazers are a great tool for LEO's unfortunatly some arnt trained too well on proper judgement. what I've noticed watching every wannabe rodney king taser vid is that the suspect is usually running their mouth and not complying with a LEO'S orders.

I think tasers are the greatest tool a cop has, in this particular case it lead to a death but how many officers' lives were saved using tasers? I am willing to bet that its more than the amount of people that died by them.

wtf is it with tasers and cops... this is the 3rd story ive heard in 3 days of cops going taser crazy

whatever happened to the old fashioned beat down ha ha or are you telling me someone couldnt of distracted her and then snuck up behind her and stole the hammer lol i mean come on

had a bipolar girl that used to threaten to kill herself with knives all the time and i never had to taser her to get the knife lol just talked her down and then snatched it!
