Well I work in a warehouse and its getting hot out, this week is supposed to be 100+. I looked on OSHA and PA's websites to find labor laws specific to working in such heat, but couldnt come up with anything substantial, anyone have any experience with this kind of situation?

yea were not supposed to have water or anything visible to the suits, which seems kinda stupid.

yea its called man up and do your job. nobody is forcing you to work there. if you dont like it, leave. there is no law against working in the heat.

why because im right? i work in the sub 60 hours plus per week, ive worked in shops that top 120 degrees during the day. i did hvac which tops 140 degrees in attics in the heat of the summer. you know what i did? drank water and worked. this is why you get a paycheck. stop being a ***** and do your job. not hard. you want to be a ***** go back to school and get a office job because manual labor wont be your strong point.

No water!!?? fuck that!

hows that work?
I am not sure of the exact temperatures but when it gets to a certain temp we get into flags.. certain flags certain work conditions getting up to black flag.. this is stateside though as there is no reason people should be falling from heat strokes over here.. like you might have a 50 work 10 rest cycle for the first flag etc.. but if you are indoors you just get your normal breaks..
