L7 or SDC2.5?

I can't decide between these two. I am looking for SPL and SQ. I am going to run a AQ1200D. I am going to get 15's, but which of these two is better? Like which is more likely to over heat at louder volumes and sound bad at louder volumes.

A pair of SDC 2.5's off a 1200D would be fine.

I'd say the L7's would like a little bit more power.

ive only heard a few cars where the l7 sounded good, in my opinion at least and those guys had been doin car audio for 10+years...in ur position aq

Well how about this, what is the best sub for SQ and SPL for around $200 per sub? I am looking for something I can order online. I don't want to find a dealer or have to drive hella far to find one.

I had a 12" L7 off a ZX750.1 and it got loud but I think my SDCs sound a lot better while still getting loud. I ran a single 15" SDC off the ZX750.1 for a while before picking up 2 and the SAE-1200D.
