i take offense to that florida lingo comment.

What he's saying is ktfo wanted it shipped to a ups hub (store or center where u can pick it up) and requires ID to actually receive the item. So unless someone has KTFO's ID or someone at UPS f'd up and didnt check for ID, KTFO has the amp and is refusing to ship the one according to the trade.
