Yes, of course the odds are greater. You want to know why? Beacause there are more non-blacks in this country than there are blacks. So, for example, lets say every American works, and the ratio of non-blacks to blacks is 4 to 1 (80%/20%). If the workforce was populated evenly 1 to 1 that would mean that, based on a set of 10, 6 non-blacks would be unemployed for every 2 blacks hired. That doesn't sound very fair to me.
So, yes, of course there are more white people getting jobs, because more white people are applying for them. Dumbass.
