There are things that could stop it. Landmines, sensor-triggered machine guns, etc, etc.

Number one thing to reduce illegal immigration: 10 years of federal time for employing, managing, or assisting an illgal immigrant under any circumstances. A fine could be priced into the product, but how many employers are going to risk hard time?

I am anti-affirmative action and anti illegal immigration.

And for those who are less knowledgeable about history, whites have been enslaved before as well. Although not as systematic, we were indeed slaves. If you would like to learn about a more horrific systematic oppression (that that of white implementation of slavery against blacks (AND MEXICANS), the policies of Stalin and Pol Pot, could provide some education.
