Yep, thats it. Rebooting your machine may even work. I leave my home pc on 24/7 and I am sure most others do as well.

Yes - Bill responded to my inquiry just short of two hours at the beginning of this week. I was quite impressed.

If you dont get a reply in 24 hours resend your email, either it was discard in a filter or just overlooked
