Alright...so last Sunday I ordered all the wire for my new stuff. Among this, was five feet of blue and five feet of silver 4awg wire.

Ok, so wednesday, the order comes in - quick as always, part of what I love about knukonceptz. But...my silver power wire is nowhere to be found, even though I paid for it and it is on the receipt.

No biggie, companies make mistakes, right? So I call them - but get no answer, so I send off an e-mail.

Thursday passes, no reply.

Same with friday, so I call again - several times, even leave a message. Nothing. Send yet another e-mail expressing my dissatisifaction...and I still haven't heard anything.

Either a.) nobody is doing ANYTHING about customer service, or

b.) they're ignoring me

Has anyone else ever had problems with knukonceptz?

 
actually i had to have them change the state because for some reason it said it was shipping to colorodo or somthing. i called them up - left a message, and then i emailed them... and then i got a reply the next day saying it was all good and i got the order 3 days later.

so from my expierences the customer sverice is fine.

dunno man. maybe they were mad busy. give them a sec. im sure they will take care of you.

Right on. Like I said dude, everyone makes mistakes. I just like it when a company is up front and responsible for what they do.

Like, take Mike at soundsplinter for instance. I ordered an rl-p from him the same night as I ordered the wire. Got an e-mail the very next day from him saying he was out of town, and so my sub wouldn't be shipped until like the end of that week. No problem at all - he was professional about it and made sure I knew what was going on, so I didn't have a problem with it. That's the way you should run your business.

But yea, I really don't know what there is left to do. I can't even get in contact with anybody in that company in order to express my dissatisfaction. Hopefully we'll get things settled (and I'll get my wire)...but it's already making me reconsider doing business with them again when another project rolls around.

 
They made the same mistake with my order a month ago, however with a set of 1/0ga terminals. I emailed them and got a response after 2 days to tell me to recheck the box it was shipped in. After I calmed down from what I took to be them calling me an idiot:mad: I replied that there was n way they were there. When I asked if there was anything they could do to satisfy me, the stopped responding. The sad thing is that even though this incident tarnishes the company's reputation, I will most likely make my next wire/terminals/etc purchase from them still.

bill as far as i know is a one man show. and with him being a major supplier for peoples wire needs. it is the begining of competition season... i have had many transactions, and know many people that have used his services with no complaints

Yea dude, it was shipped crazy fast. They def have that under control. Everything got here fine, three rcas, a buttload of speakerwire, ONE of my power wires...haha.

Now if I could just get it all knukonceptz would kick arse.

 
When my order came in from them, one of the fused distro blocks was busted. Shot him an e-mail, and I believe it was either that day or the next, he e-mailed me back and had sent out another one.

I understand what you're going through mavrix. But, as much as we'd like to think that everybody will always have a wonderful experience, it's just a simple fact of life that no company can ever say they've had 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes a few people just seem to slip through the CS cracks. Only thing to do is to persist in trying to contact them.

just kiddin. just keep tryin to contact them. im sure it will get handeled. like said - virtually no weathered company has 100% customer satisfaction.

They're out to get me man, I'm telling you. They kept the wire on PURPOSE. It's a conspiracy by the government to keep me from making loud noises with my car. **** dirty apes.

I see on my yahoo mail that I have three new ones...maybe one's from them. I just can't check it because of the crappy blocking software at school, and none of my proxies can get around it because of the way yahoo has their webmail set up. Geh. Guess I'll find out when I get home.
