knukonceptz amp kit for hifonics amp?

Will that amp kit work with the amp? I read the amp specs and it says power/ground Terminals (molded): 4 ga. but the amp kit comes with 1/0 ground and power wire. It also says the amp fusing is 70A x 2. i dont know what that means.... or, what fuse type should i get with the wiring kit.

Also i dont know where to get a remote wire.

That kit will be fine just make sure you you get a set of RCA's if you don't already have them. For the remote wire any wire will work. You can just order a like 15-20ft piece of the KnuKonceptz 12 or 16ga. speaker wire and use that unless you already have some at home. You can also find RCA's online that have a Remote Turn-On ran with the RCA's to save you some time but I'm not sure if KnuKoncepts sell's any.

You may also have to trim the wire down some or get a reducer since I'm not sure if that amp will take 1/0. That's the best kit to go with though. Down the line once you upgrade to a bigger ampilifer you will already have the 1/0.

my 2008D took knu 1/0 wire perfectly. i dont know if the 1608 has the same terminals.
