Just wanted to let any of you guys wondering about their customer service know, they're great when it comes to it.
I had ordered a 6meter 2-channel RCA on June 20th, the order was only like $25. I still hadn't received it come the first week of July, then I placed a substantially larger order from them on July 7th or so for ~$200, and that arrived by the end of that week. When still not receiving my RCA's, I got worried so emailed them telling them.
The guy that helped me was Bill, and they shipped out a new set of RCA's and gave their apologies, and they shipped it out on Tuesday, and I received it today.

-placed a new order, and received the new order before the original one
-emailed Knu, they sent me a free replacement with very fast shipping at no cost to me.
