I am sorry to hear that. I actually had a great experience with their service. He even picked up the tab on expedited shipping due to some delay in my order.

you have one of there alts? how is it? working good for ya?

For my purpose and the money; works great. The only other direct fit alt for my car I found was 450 bucks; their's was 200.

I get a little bit of dimming @ idle when it's turned up cause of the lower output; but it's still above 13 volts. I only have a stock battery though.

sucks, I haven't had any real issues with them to be honest, I had an issue where my order was delayed, it was a big order and they threw in like 3 big holders, some 300a fuses and some free RCA's and I got the order like a day or 2 after it was supposed to originally arrive, so not even a major delay...good luck...

i love their product. quality with reasonable prices. i've ordered a number of things from them and never have encountered any issues.

I once got voice mail when i called. I explained that I do not like voice mail and they comped my entire order - over $300 worth of merchandise for free!
