knukoncepts

i am very happy with my knu wire. i have the kolossus 4 gauge and its the beefiest 4 gauge ive seen, it thinks its actually like 3 gauge or something. and its still very flexible.

the kicker kit is better, no doubt.

is kicker wire itself better? maybe, i mean it is silver tinned so if you care about adding that tiny little bit of conductivity versus the knu then have at it.

however the kit is better over all IMO. reason being is because it comes with so much extra shit over the knu kit. it comes with nice *** distrobution blocks 4 gauge wire to make short runs from the blocks with, 300a fuse and fuse holder, a shit load of 1/0, and the 1/0 is already crimped. you just have to cut it down to the lenth you want.

i have the knu kit as well as the kicker kit and both are bad ***, its just that the kicker comes with more shit that comes in very handy and makes the install a sinch. with the knu kit, you still gotta pick up some more shit.

kicker kit = $59 + 22 shipping = $81 to your door off ebay.

and you can trust them, as both me and a friend purchased a kit and got it as described by seller.

Ok. thanks for input. I plan on rewiring my system, I am running 3 amps, with a distroblock, 2 amps running the four corners and 1 powering my 12" W6 sub. Would i need to get 3 1/0 amp kits?

nope.

you run the 1/0 wire to the trunk. then use 1 distrobution block and run the 4g wire to each amp for power (try to keep the distance as short as possible, and if you cant, at least keep the one for the sub amp as short as possible)

then use the other distrobution block and use more 4 gauge to ground all amps to the distrobution block. and then use the 1/0 ground wire that comes with the kit to ground to the chassis.

only need 1 kicker kit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Knukonceptz for the win!!who cares bout flex... whip out the heat gun and theres all the **** flex you need.
well the kollosus wire is pretty **** flexible as it is. im not recommending kicker just on the flexibility alone lol. only reason i will recommend the kicker kit is because it has so much extra shit.

if you buy more than 1 kit, you can always sell the distro blocks, fuse, fuse holder, any 4 gauge and 1/0 you dont need, and shit you got most your money back anyways lol.

when i run the 4 ga from the distro block to the amps, Is 1'3" short enough or is that too long?
