KnuKoncepts KLMX 1/0

THANK YOU

i was gonna say about the dude that can wrap his fleks cable tightly around 2 fingers........AND, that doesnt mean anything,

you can do the same with a coat hanger
It means a lot! To be able to make that tight of a radius without straining the material is amazing. It makes certain runs way easier and also saves on strainging the cable too much. But as I said before for a lot of runs it is unnessary.

But you will also notice that I never said he needed it or should buy it. He asked what the differences are and I told him. Just informing him so that he may make an informed decision.

Besides the flexibility though (which is really nice to work with) the fleks cable is a better cable overall being OFC. Will the OP notice or care? That is up to him.

no no it wasn aimed at you bro, more towards the people that run it just to say they have it

honestly the KLM was not bad at all. when i ran it in my car. people made it sound like i was not going o be able to bend it. granted that is the only 1/0 i have ran so i dont know what to call flexible. got it through my engine bay and up to the battery with no problem.

Your information was definently helpful for me.

Well, once you use HyperFlex (or equivalent)... it's much harder to want to go back to the normal stuff.

nG

I'm just a lazy person I guess..Its nice to lay down the cable and have it stay where you run it without having to use twice the ties/tape/whatever to secure it. Also helps when you have to snake it through your dash in spots where you cant get a hand in to bend/guide it.

I just buy it to say I have the spensive cable though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

kicker hyperflex ftw!!! and I don't care what people say but the hyperflex is still more flexible than the knu flex cable. I just bought some 4 gauge knu flex and it is similar to hyperflex, but not the same stuff.

I've had my hands on both...couldn't tell any difference

I have both in front of me (4 gauge)...I can tell a difference. Maybe the 1/0 gauge is more similar. I only have kicker in 1/0 so I couldn't tell you.

why do all of you have wire laying in front of you?
lol

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Last thing you want to happen is run out of 1/0 cable during your install and have to wait another week for more to be delivered! So we all over purchase //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
