Knee surgery

I got a scope done 2 weeks ago today. They cleaned out some stuff and shaved something.

Anyway I still can't bend my leg more than 20 degrees because of the IT band.

Has anyone else done this and is this normal? They said my quad would shut down but nothing about the band.

It just took my 5 minutes to get my shoe on.

I got a follow up in two days and therapy today.

I hope it's worth it, I've heard the horror stories.

Don't tell everybody.

I don't know why. They said its from all the time on the carrier. Ladder wells all day. It was bone on bone.

i have really bad knees also...

i have arthritis and bone disease.

hell the past 3 years my right leg is now 3in shorter then my left from the bone disease.

I just hope they don't have to go back in. I'm way to close to retiring to get medical discharge. They pay you but it's not the same

sounds like u don't have enough cartilage in the knee anymore. I think they make like a plastic plate that you can use instead of cartilage.
