I've done SPL and Bassrace...

Honestly bass race was more fun being in the 150's while playing music. But I love the SPL stuff to.....people like seeing bassrace, but a lot like seeing high numbers too on the burp side.

Like an above poster said...180+ has only ever been done by less than a hand full of people....respect it, no matter what Cycle it was done at..I do. I could just imagine the work put in to achieve a 181+

It takes alot of time money and effort for extreme mod vehicles to post 180+ and it takes a special kind of person to try and push nothing but straight allout SPL. Its a great accomplishment to hit that kind of #, but it does always seem that daily drivers super loud get way more praise and attention, and for most it's so much more enjoyable to be able to driver a 160+ vehicle at least for me it is.

How can a 180+ not be impressive? The amount of time,money,effort and ingenuity it takes to accomplish that is astounding!

I do agreee that bassrace is more entertaining to watch for most folks because its something the average Joe Smo can relate to.

seriously though. I wouldn't mind kinetik like products for less cash. I remember someone posting a battery (ebay link) that looks just like kinetik for much cheaper. same specs, too.
