I'm a bit confused on how these power cells work. I read here that some of the larger sized ones can be used as a single/primary battery (under the hood/OE replacement) whereas the smaller ones can be used as secondary (possibly in the trunk) to help save the electrical system. The company claims they are 100x the capacitor but at the same time, call it a battery. Are these things strictly auxiliary material meant for car audio electrical (like optima yellow top) or a starting battery w/luxury that offers high amperage for your car audio needs?
I have an Honda Civic and it uses the OEM 70A alternator. I used to run a capacitor to help solve my dimming issues and these really caught my attention. I'm also running an Optima yellow top (size 34...the next size larger over the OEM 51 size) under the hood to save my electrical system. I would love to run a huge sub amp setup (2000wrms) if I can get away doing so with the "Big-3" upgrade and a Kinetik HC600 mounted in my trunk.
