nothing against grandma... im not saying only old ppl have to go, but our population cant grow exponentially or there wont be anybody around to even appreciate grandma. you wanna end up like the ppl in the movie wall-e ? cause thats the way were headed...

As to Manson, conspiracy to commit murder holds the same weight criminally as the action itself. In CAL, 1st degree murder is 25-life and conspiracy to commit murder is also 25-life

As far as i know, not claiming to know tons pertaining to this, but he never conspired. He simply, pretty much said you should go kill them, and his followers did. Conspiracy cases usually involve money or something.

Not very accurate. Money would pertain to a special circumstance, not simply conspiracy. A murder can be committed for any reason, and therefore all 1st degree murders can be conspired. All conspiracy means is that there is more than 1 person acting in concert involving the crime. The person who actually offs the person is guilty of the murder, anyone else involved is guilty of conspiracy. You might plan to off someone just because they are a different race, slapped your wife or whatever. Once you speak to someone else about it and they become involved either in the planning, coericion or the action, it becomes conspiracy to commit murder.
