lol he changed opinion .but i still realy dont see kimbo as a real good fighter. i mean he knows how to punch (hard too) .but he doesnt realy have anything else yet .his ground is sloppy i dont know how he got mercer with that submission but ,on the tank fight cmon kimbo looked evil in shape and tank sadly diidnt. and against cantrelle he just chased bo over the ring and landed a nice punch (one hit ko) dont get me wrong hes ok but still beatable versus someone with alot of technique and experience kimbo realy doesnt have technique i seen him kick =no good i seen him punch=hes good their seen him in bjj = can use more work. they should put kimbo vs brock lesnar that would make a great fight .if they wanna see kimbo get murder unless kimbo becomes a black belt in bjj he wont have a chance.

I'd like to see Kimbo vs. Lesnar too. Or Kimbo vs. Mir so Mir could make Kimbo tap out too.

I hope not...wandy is turing into cro cop (falling off, getting older), but I bet 50 on jardine, so we'll see. I'm pretty excited about Penn and Sherk too, that should be the best match.

i wanna se penn and shark i go bj hands down hes so talented its insane and flexible as hell . i dont think kimbo would last with either those two unless he picks up some more skill boxing alone doesnt win .

Not saying that at all, but boxing matches get closer to putting together closer competition than MMA. But there is more of a possibility that Cotto will fight Mayweather than any MMA deal involving Fedor and anybody worth a shit. Ever since Pride went under, MMA has fallen in quality (not popularity). I have watched MMA since 1999 or so, and the quality of the fights now is laughable. But lets look at this...the two best fighters in boxing are Cotto and Mayweather, I don't think this is arguable and they have a good chance of fighting each other next year. Fedor is the best MMA fighter, but who has he been fighting for the past 2 years? Nobody. The best fighter in boxing would not sit around for two years and fight what is equivalent to circus clowns. Since he is signed with M-1 now (IIRC) he still will be fighting nobodies unless he goes over to DREAM. Still, thats not the UFC. MMA is too spread out, and it is too hard to pick the best fighters because Randy Couture, who is probably reguarded as the second best fighter in MMA has a record of 16-8...how the hell can you lose 8 times and be reguarded as a top notch fighter. I like MMA, and will be getting the PPV this week, mostly to see Jardine murder Wandy, but boxing is an art, a national pastime, and more importantly not just a sport for those looking for bloodlust.

i understand what you are saying about cotto and mayweather. but that is not in the norm. but who knows we could see a st pierre vs silva within the next year. although fedor is considered the best HW MMA fighter, due to his lack of top notch opponents he isnt widely regarded as the best MMA fighter. And i believe he is actually signed by Affliction right now, pretty sure that deal with M1 fell through. To me the talent just isnt there at HW right now. Fedor will be fighting Tim Sylvia in a few months, which should be a pretty entertaining fight. and he'll be fighting top 5 competition finally!!!!

but then again i am one of those bloodlusting fans!!! to me although as you say it boxing is more of an art, it is for the most part boring for me. i watched that last hopkins fight and it almost put me to sleep. that is the reason i love mma.....because there is constant action.

and lastly i hope wandy wins......either way we know it will be an entertaining fight as he loves to bang it out. win or lose there is nothing better than a fighter that knows what the fans love and comes through time in and time out. im just hoping the penn/sherk fight will be as entertaining, as it could end up being a boring match played out mostly on the mat!

with bj their realy aint boring matches he ends them fast wheather standing or ground the guy is good and sherk is just a good wrestler , i dought it will be boring i think sherks best bet it to punch him out of ground and pound bj is one of those guys on the ground who is realy sneeky . i can see a tryangle from bj while sherk is g&p

they are both bad *** athletes period. i think it'll be a good fight, just hope that it is an exciting fight. there is plenty of bad blood between these 2 that should boil over into the ring!!

Kimbo will be rocked the second he fights someone with even marginal skill. Can't come out the box expecting to be a superstar. Look at Brock Lesnar. He actually seemed to have potential with his wrestling background. Second fight he tapped. It takes way too much training to do well in that specific situation. Maybe in a few years Kimbo could do well, but not now. Problem is in a few years he will be too old. Kimbo is like the Bob Sapp for the American audience. Problem is the American audience loses interest in gimmicks real quick.
