Killed one of mine as well, the other is still going strong. Been 2yrs though, daily driven no burping.

ive have my yellow top for a lil over a year and mine doesnt hold a charge for nothin ...maybe ill invest in a redtop

I was actually running all yellow tops, and I recently dropped them for another high end AGM battery array, and gained 2 db's alone off of it. Just say no to Optima, their time has come and gone, there is just so much better stuff out there now.

I've had a yellow top for over three years and loved it. beat on it all the time...played my system for hours on end and the car starts fine...although it's been starting hard the past few weeks though...so what bandwagon should I be hopping on now when I get a new battery?

can i buy that yellowtop? i still got a warantee from autozone..2yr replacement if something goes wrong do you think they care to check ??

I had a yellowtop stop holding a charge on my last month. Just ran out of juice and never wanted to work anymore. had it tested at pep boys for free, machine said it was dead. so i guess it does happen. pretty ****in gay if you ask me though:furious:
