All i know, is that a build up of protein causes them to form. So if you eats lots of protein rich food, that can cause it possibly.

you might want to get that inflamed appendix checked out. Mine was inflamed and within 2 hours of finding that out i was laying on a gourney to the OR to get it out. that was some awful pain.
