Way too many idiots out there and not all of them behind the wheel, notice all the "tough" guys standing 2' from the car, hey look I'm gonna stare him down as he passes by, he won't hit me.

The occasional race and stuff is fun when ya randomly meet someone on the street but with spectators like that and parked cars, AND oncomming traffic its just retarded. But yet at the same time see how many people will be fighting you tooth and nail if you want to build a drag strip or make sanctioned races where ambulances are on hand and safety measures taken.
