okay so i want to make some custom kicks and put JL Audio XR650-CSi's in them and then in the doors i wanna put MB Quart DKF 116 coaxial speakers in the original door spot. i have an old ex cab so all i have is a stock place for a pair of door speakers. but i want 2 pairs for more sound. anyway, what i am asking is do you think that have tweeters cross like that well mess up the sound?

going with 2 sets of speakers upfront is just a waste of money, invest in 1 really good set instead of 2 okay ones.

well i plan on getting a new vehicle soon so i don't want to do too much custom work on this ride. i am working on building up a system that i well be able to transfer to a car when i get one. and you think these are just okay speakers? what do you recomend to make a huge difference? all i have now and alpine type s in the doors and they get totally drowned out by the bass.
