How good and how loud are the Kicker Solobaric Subwoofer (S10L5) there are two 10 inch subs in a box on ebay... i was wondering if it would get loud. and what amp i would need?

Depends on how "loud" you are wanting. "Loud" is a pretty ambiguous term.

They will have more than adequate output for daily music listening if set up properly.

yes, they can get loud and sound good, depending on amp and enclosure...what ohm subs are they?

10's will be fine, ported with 400/450 watts to each...dual 2's, look at the Kicker KX6001 or newer ZX7501

If i need 400-450 watts to each then how would a 600 watt amp like the kicker KX6001 be good for these subs wouldn't i need like a 1200 watt amp mayb?

no, the KX6001, some have been tested and do 700 watts, so 350 to each. Just because a woofer can handle more, doesn't mean it has too..

It can in that the specs on a 10 do not allow it to get as low with relative output efficiency as say a 12. There are more rap songs that I can think of that go LOOWW than do rock songs, which might be the reason for that assumption?
