I think Kicker's patent is specific on the number of ribs so this sub doesn't infringe.

I'm sure if Tracy is still around the forum he will chime in for us!

I'm no patent expert, but I've heard a lot of people say that you only need to alter a patent by by 10% for it not to be an infringement.
