Kicker750.1 to much for 1 10" L7??

So i'm thinkin about buyin a kicker 750.1 to run to my 10" L7

will this be to big? a lot of reviews say that they have 2 10's runnin off one 750.1

is there a better amp for the money? i'm lookin to spend 200ish for a good monoblock

the 750.1 would be fine. l7's can take quite a bit of power with no problem. I actually have a mint condition 750.1 for sale if your interested.

nope it'll be perfect. if it's dual 4ohm coils wired to 2ohms. the sub will see about 800-900 watts rms. they are underrated by a good bit. my 750's birth sheet says 859 at 2 ohms. i have heard of people gettin birth sheets of up to 930 on their 750's

well i'm only running one, would i lose a lot of power running it at 4 ohms since its rated at 2? or can i still run the amp at 2?

I had a 750.1 birth sheet at work that was 944 watts. Just make sure to set the gains correctly and you should be fine.

i actually saw a 750 birthsheet just over 1kw at work once. i was pretty ****ed impressed.
