Because the sub I'm looking at is dual 2. I'm sold on the sub and on Kicker amps, though they don't seem to be the best match.

I've only seen it in a dual 2 configuration. You see my dilemma. Could running the 750.1 @ 1 ohm cause it to malfunction?

The zx line can be run at 1ohm. Not recommended but they can. I personally run mine at 2ohms but have seen and know people who run them a 1ohm. But like Polecat said why not research and see if you can find a woofer that would better suit the amp.

Haven't bought either yet. I'm more willing to look for a different amp than sub as the Havoc is exactly what I am looking for for my setup. I'm thinking of going with the MTX TA7801 if the Havoc can't be had in a dual 4. If it can then a ZX1000.1.
