cant open a case or leave him bad feedback untill 7 days from auction end which will be tomorrow, I only allow 3 buisness days for payment to be recieved which it has not been recieved, so once again yes its still up for grabs.

you clearly dont know much about the new feedback rules when your the seller on ebay.

it is VERY tuff to leave negative feedback as a seller. they have made it a buyers dream. the buyers can now say what they want and the seller has to jump through hoops to do anything about it. you cant just leave feedback whenerv you want like you could in the past. the buyer can but the seller can not. trust me i have over 11000 items sold as a power seller. i know what i'm talking about.

PS: i know nothing about this seller so i'm not saying your wrong. i'm just pointing out that the lack of leaving feedback is not odd.

THANK YOU! finally someone knows what there talking about here. ebay sucks a seller CANNOT leave negative feedback anymore no matter what its impossible the only thing u can do to hurt a buyer is to leave a unpaid item strike which i plan to do im just waiting on tomorrow. but AMP IS STILL UP FOR GRABS somone scoop it

ah my bad i did forget that crap. i have my one and only neg feedback from a d-bag that shouldnt have been left when i was selling a truck on ebay. I couldnt even leave him negative feedback back it was positive or none at all. that is gay.
