i wouldnt. i run mine at 2 ohms.

are your subs d2 or d4 or what? and pushing a 2ohm amp to .5 ohms is one way to get more power, but you will end up buying a new one soon. so enjoy it while you can.

1. if you dont have the elctrical to run that amp at .5 ohms youll go into protect mode on the amp from lack of voltage.

2. the efficiency of the amp lowers when its driven at lower impendences.

3. buy a bigger amp rated at .5 and youll be happier longer.

ok for one, your 3 d2 ohm subs can only be wired to 1.3 ohms or 3 ohms. so if you set your gains right you can get about 800 watts rms to each sub.

here is the system i hav in a 85 chevy caprice, i hav 3 kicker 15" l7's, kicker zx2500,kicker 0 guage all the way thru,kicker sx900x4 wit d kicker sxrc, i have 4 5-way pioneer 6x9's in d window' pioneer 4-way6.5's in each door, 2 4-way 4x6's in dash with a premier 980bt cd player, also i'm running 1 battery under the hood and its a kinetic 2400, also i have 4 kicker tweeters, any suggestions to the system

Wire it to 1.3 ohms, with impedance rise, you'll prolly get to 2 ohms, if not close.
