I have a kicker zx1500.1 hooked up to a mtx 9500 15, wired to two ohms. It keeps shutting off when I turn it up. However at low volume it plays just fine. I pulled the sub checked both coils, perfect. I have a two battery set-up, plenty of power, no voltage drops what so ever. Checked grounds, good to go. This is my first kicker amp, Is this a common problem with these amps? Anyone have any ideas on any other possible things I can check? Thanks in advance.
