Stop asking him why Kicker, he's running a Solo X and I assume wishes to brand match. I don't care what anyone says (including myself as the ZX boards aren't as good as the old ones), the Kicker amp lineup above DX is very solid if it can be had at online market values. I personally just sold 2 10+ year KX series amps that saw 9v and still never had any issues.
