Kicker ZX-750.1 powerful enough for 2 Type R's?

i currently have that amp hooked up to 2 kicker cvr's (12 inch, @2ohms) but my friend is selling 2 Alpine Type R's (12inch @2ohms) for cheap. but i wanted to know if this amp is good for the R's or am i better off staying with the kickers... that amp is 750 rms

like its more than enough to lite them both up right? and it wont damage my amp by tryin to take to much energy out of the amp? sorry i'ma noob

the R's are gonna want a lot more then that to see their full potential, but i would still take them over CVR's

no, it will not harm the amp, amps are harmed by inputs(poor electrical, reversing polarity on ground and 12v input, or water..lol) not outputs(except for too low of resistence, which isnt a problem)
