Sold Kicker ZR1000 Amps (Old School) not working

i have 2 old school Kicker amps 1 is a ZR1000 and 1 is an XS100 Competition both rated 1000 watts but will do more ZR is 1ohm and XS is 1/2 ohm for sale not working it both powers up but goes into protection mode. help selling for a friend has no end caps and ZR amp is missing the x-over chip other than that everyting is there in good condition no burnt marks on the amp boards or anything i'm not a tech. so don't IDK need $200 for both amps plus shipping they are pretty big and heavy make offers...will try to get pics. ASAP thanks.

Are the fins painted or brushed?

(painted fins were the very beginning of the ZRs, and brushed was the mid-end of them, same amp, just difft fins)

heatsinks are painted that rough texture like the old fogate DSM amps.

pics. are up the problem is they are in protection the amps power up first then the protection light comes on that's all i know about them he got em like that so if your a tech. or knows one its a good deal.
