Supposed to be really close. In a little while one of the car audio mags will have a comparison between the two. No details have been released yet on what month it will come out.

Why do some people have such a hate for Hifonics? I don't get it. A bunch of people I know run their amps and have no problems with them. I have a BXi1206D myself and I like it. It was at a really reasonable price too. i own a single atlas 12 and it sounds nice in a recommended size enclosure. but i shall give it 4 cubes and tell you guys how it sounds. it's got potential to beat an l712. But we shall see

How the hell is that brutus running at half an ohm and not blowin up on you? I know the stuff is reliable but I thought only down to 1 ohm unless you're talkin the XX series.

redline my man , the brutus was doing it very very well and not even getting warm.

I put brutus in my other car on the atlas a few days ago. Now I Have the XX-hercules running now at 1/2 ohm and it is working great too.

L7s are beasts. Wouldn't mind trying out one of those Atlas' though, just to see how they compare...

i know of some hifonics amps that are for sale...pretty cheap
