Kicker v.s. Fosgate for a mono amp on a budget?

Looking at the Kicker 12CX3001 for around $105 new

Also looking at the Fosgate 500x1D for $100 new

I can get a good deal on both and I am going to power a single Fosgate 10" P1S4 SVC 4 OHM sub in a sealed box (500 W max, 250 RMS)

Thoughts?

Also do you think a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D Prime 1-Channel Class D (300x1 4 OHM) would be to powerful for 1 Fosgate P1S4 10"?

Thanks. i assume the Class D better than just the monoblock? The Class D is $120
