Kicker sx Vs. Kicker zx series

I have narrowed my choice to a Kicker Amp. What is the difference between the two in terms of performance?? Also, is there a separate remote you can purchase for the zx series??? Any input is welcome.

Both are great amps. You'll find the kx a little cheaper because it's the older model, but neither will let you down.

The SXs have the digital display, while the ZX and KX models don't. All three models are very reliable, so you can't go wrong with either. The KX model can go down to 1ohm, while the ZX is stable @ 2ohms, although many people have had great sucess running their ZX at 1ohm.

The differences in sound processing between the two are large. If you need more advanced digital sound processing (crossover & EQ wise) then look to the SX series.

If that isn't important to you than save your money and go with the ZX.
