Kicker SX 900.4 Noise

I dont know if thats normal or not but having all the rca disconnected, basically no signal input to the amp just speakers connected to it i get some hissing. The gains are set mabe at 6db but i dont think it changes much with if i lower it. Its a little annoying, is that normal or is it picking it up from somewhere ??

No RCA doesn't equal no signal. You need to short out the outer and inner ring to get no signal. Cheap RCA ends with a wire jumper is good way to make a shorting plug.
