Kicker ss tweeter only works when volume is way up.

I've been having this problem for awhile now. my passanger side tweeter only works when its at a lous volume. When I turn it down the tweeter goes out but the mid keeps working. Could it be a short in the wire or something.?

yes, or something wrong witht eh crossover, didn't you have issues with the crossover before?

Switch your RCAs right to left at the amp. If the tweeter going out switches sides, its not the tweeter/crossover but the amp or head unit.

Switch the xovers from the left speaker to the right speaker and right to left. I would suspect after you do this and double check your connections, you will probably got your answer.

If that doesn't work, seems like a loose connection somewhere else.
