THATS THE MAX, theres a reason they give u a rating of the power u should give it continously. pushing it to the max daily drive isnt good for the sub i dont care what u say.

two of the l7s? you'd be fine with that power with two, but if i was you id get a kx1200.1 or a hifonics brutus 1500d for 2 of them

just my 2 pence like but me and a friend built a box for street a using 2 re se 10's running off a zapco 9, we were hitting 149db we managed to get hold of the new l7 10's did aprox 7-8 burps over about 2 hours and killed 1 of them where as the se's had held up for litteraly 100's of burps l7 imo are pants!!and they sound like ass!

They rate the 12" L7 at 750 watts for a reason. If it could handle 1000 or 15000 watts as easily as some of you make it out to be, Im sure Kicker would have loved to have been able to rate their subs higher. In a world where kids think watts = output = cool, who wouldn't?

Suggesting to people that they will be fine running a sub at double its rated thermal limits is irresponsible imo.

Incorrect. It is rated at 750 watts. No offense meant, but I suggest you learn a bit more about what you are talking about before you start acting like an expert and telling other people what to run.

You jackass, I didn't say to port it. I said to go ported in my opinoin. And to run at 2 ohm, not 1, and if so at 1, to turn the gain WAY down.

sounds to me, that car....get rid of the noise, and rattling they are causing...not the drivers themselves.
